Clarion Inn
of Sulphur Springs offers space ideal for both social and corporate events. The
Board Room features executive seating for ten and is perfect for
smaller, private meetings. City Hall, with its 1400 square
feet, is better suited for groups of up to 75 and is available with a
selection of table sizes and arrangements. The room is impeccably
decorated and equipped with audio-visual capabilities.
If the function is for a seminar that requires little note taking, we suggest using Theater style for maximum seating. Classroom style is a good choice when having training seminars since there is plenty of room for note taking and perhaps water service. Should you be holding a meeting that requires interaction between people, the U Shape or Conference seating will be the best choice as it allows everyone to see each other and has table top for note taking. Weddings, luncheons and dinners are best set in Rounds for greatest use of space and also
allows for the utmost conversational atmosphere.
You may add head tables, buffets, gift tables and perhaps a dance floor and a DJ.
Remember when you add these extras, your maximum number of people will be reduced.
